Collision - Oxford
Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision that happened yesterday (17th April).
At around 3.30pm a Scania HGV and a cyclist collided at the junction of Marston Road and Headington Road in Oxford.
The 45-year-old cyclist sustained serious injuries and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital where she was treated for her injuries. She is currently in a serious, but stable condition
PC Nick Perks, investigating the incident, said: “The road was closed while police examined the scene. The area was busy at the time and if anyone witnessed the collision I would urge them to contact me.”
